YOUTH (K-8th)
Our youth wrestling program for grades K-8th grade offers tailored training for beginners through advanced wrestlers, emphasizing foundational techniques and nurturing passion for the sport.
HIGH SCHOOL
Our high school wrestling program focuses on advanced techniques, strategic competition preparation, and fostering a dedicated community of athletes passionate about mastering the sport.
ADULT CLASSES
Our adult wrestling classes cater to all skill levels, offering expert instruction whether you're revisiting a past passion or exploring wrestling for the first time. Coming soon!
PRIVATE TRAINING
Looking to fine tune your skills with a Reign coach? Work 1-on-1 or in small groups in a focused, dedicated environment on needs specific to you.
ONLINE TRAINING
Looking to reinforce your wrestling technique or just strengthen your wrestling knowledge of the sport, you can now access a whole library of technique videos anytime, anywhere.

The name "Reign" was chosen for our brand not just for its conventional meaning but for the deeper significance we attach to it:

Merging the classic definition with our distinctive 5 D's captures our core ambition: to facilitate our athletes' journey to dominance and excellence.
